STILL CODING / PRIVACY
Privacy policy
1. Basic principle
Still Coding is a web app portal operated by JH Kim. It helps visitors explore the apps and move to each one. The portal itself does not offer accounts, payments, or newsletters. The site may be supported by advertising; section 4 explains the cookies involved. An authenticated feedback widget may appear for invited testers only; the feedback service checks submission, upload, and access permission on every request.
2. Information handled by the portal
Hosting and delivery infrastructure (Cloudflare) may record the URL requested, access time, IP address, and general technical information sent by a browser. This is used only to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Sharing and clipboard features run only when you choose them; the portal does not store the shared text in a database. If you email us, we keep your address and message to reply, and no longer than needed after the request is handled.
3. App storage and permissions
Each app runs at its own address and publishes its own privacy policy, which takes precedence while you use that app.
- Direct Play: see the Direct Play privacy policy for rooms and gameplay.
- Kana Atelier: learning progress stays in the browser. Voice features may request microphone permission. Kana Atelier privacy policy (Korean)
- CollaBoard: room creation, entry, and signaling go through the server, while team materials travel directly between participants over WebRTC. CollaBoard privacy policy
- Bus Explorer: it queries public transit data and the portal does not store your route history. Bus Explorer privacy policy (Korean)
- Songnote (Piano Play): scores stay in this browser and are not sent to a server. Songnote privacy policy
- Vocal Check: microphone input is used only for live pitch analysis in the browser. The app does not save a recording or send audio to a server. Vocal Check privacy policy
- PDF Flow Studio: all PDF files and annotations are processed strictly in browser memory and are never uploaded to a server. PDF Flow Studio privacy policy
4. Advertising and cookies
Google AdSense ads may appear on this site and on reading pages of some apps. Ads are not placed on interactive screens such as games, measurement, or editors.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info.
- Learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Before showing ads to visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, we plan to introduce a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP). Until it is in place, ads are not shown to visitors in those regions; once it is, personalized ads will be shown only after consent.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, but ads may be less relevant.
5. External links
The apps linked from this portal are independently operated services. Their policies and permission requests apply after you leave this site.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the inquiry records we keep about you. App data stored in your browser can be removed with your browser's site data controls.
7. Contact and changes
For privacy questions, email still.coding.cc@gmail.com. When the service structure or advertising setup changes, this policy and its last-updated date are revised together.
